My 2004 Vacation to New Zealand and Tonga

Here are some photos from my vacation in New Zealand and Tonga.  I lived in New Zealand for about 5 months in 1986-87, and this was the first time I got to travel there since that trip.  It was exciting to visit people and places that I knew 17 years ago!  My mom traveled with me to New Zealand, then I went on to visit Tonga on my own.  I wanted to go to Tonga mainly because I wanted another South Pacific / Polynesian experience, plus I had met a Tongan guy in New Zealand when I lived there (but didn't keep in touch and didn't re-connect with him).  Anyway, it was a goal to get to Tonga, and it was a long, long trip, but I did it!
